Description The 2016 REACH Summit will have a few changes to the education sessions this year. We will be offering 3 different types of sessions.

TRACK 1 – This track was created to provide table and panel discussions that will tackle issues in a more in-depth approach. These sessions are ideal for Executive Directors that are willing to share their experiences over the years and hear from their peers. We recommend Executive Directors with 5+years of experience participate in these sessions.

TRACKS 2 & 3 – These tracks were created to offer hands-on ideas and tools for solving issues facing nonprofits every day. These sessions are ideal for Executive Directors and senior staff looking for solutions to daily operational issues facing nonprofits. We recommend these tracks for all nonprofit leaders.

TRACK 4 – This new track was created to offer a “classroom” type experience for nonprofit executives interested in developing or fine-tuning their business plan. This session will be continuous during the first day of the Summit and participants will leave with a business plan and clarity on clients, services, marketing, cost and possible revenue streams utilizing the New Business Model Generation. We recommend this track for Executive Directors and senior staff that are new to their position as well as nonprofit leaders wanting to take a fresh look at their business plan.
