Please join Nonprofit New York, New York Lawyers for the Public Interest, the Lawyers Alliance for New York, Bolder Advocacy, and Simpson Thacher for a public forum on what nonprofits should be considering during this election year.

The webinar will address:

  • Permissible and non-permissible statements during an election year
  • What constitutes as partisan activities
  • What constitutes lobbying
  • Best practices for activities around elections including appearances by candidates
  • Best practices for social media advocacy
