Building Better Member Surveys | October 2015 Network Call

Every State Association sends out a member survey at some point. Why not build the best one possible – together? With this Network Call we’re kicking off a commitment to build together – and share with the network - better member surveys, that are aligned with the outcomes State Associations seek -- both for member retention and nonprofit capacity building. Our network’s community of practice to build better member surveys will be guided by Lauren Schroeder, Capacity Building Coordinator at the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits.
