Tools for Sound Management Practices

What internal controls should a nonprofit have?

What are Dashboards and how are they used?

Dashboards are tools that help organize large amounts of data by using performance indicators and any nonprofit or business can use them in a variety of ways. For nonprofits, one example is to chart your organization’s progress in implementing various policies or to keep track of progress in updating the nonprofit’s procedures. A dashboard can chart not only the priorities for implementing various goals and give you a snapshot of the progress being made, but also illustrate who is accountable for which projects.
